A work-in-progress built in 1945 has been updated to offer basic amenities of today with a farmhouse feel. Being on the second story feels like a tree house looking into the live oaks out front. Parking is on the grass driveway in front. Place offers a small work space with printer & internet, washer/dryer, new queen bed, closet & drawer space, full kitchen and garage area w approval.

Rustic Guest House on a 55-acre Longhorn Ranch

The Guest House is nestled in the center of a 55-acre Longhorn Ranch. Staying at the Ranch would allow for a great getaway to relax in a shared courtyard that faces a creek with a view of the back pond and amazing sunsets. Guests have access to the natural creek area and to the pond behind the guest house. The creek & pond are great places for bird watching! We have 3 dogs, 2 cats and Texas Longhorns. We are pet friendly but please let us know if you are bringing a pet. And now we have Wifi!
