A spacious 1 bed apartment with glorious views over distant countryside, private access and secluded patio garden. Accommodation includes one bedroom with king size bed, bathroom and lounge/kitchen/diner with one large and comfortable sofa bed. Kitchen includes hob, oven, fridge, coffee machine and microwave with crockery and utensils for four guests. Fully furnished including super fast WiFi and a 39 inch LED TV with Firestick. Flexible layout allows a dining table for four or use as an office desk. Fieldside Barn comes fully equipped with bed linen, towels, toiletries and refreshments to make sure your stay is enjoyable and convenient whether here for business or pleasure. It is as comfortable for 4 guests or a family of four or even just a more spacious option than a hotel room as you have a lounge, dining and kitchen to enjoy. There is a private patio garden facing distant fields with sunset views. Table and chairs for four guests, outside lighting and charcoal bbq is provided. Private parking directly outside of the barn for a couple of cars is available. Well behaved pets are very welcome and there is a £10 fee per pet per night which is paid directly if booked directly or paid locally if via Airbnb or Booking.com Late checkouts until midday are also available at an additional fee of £20. Again payment will be taken when booking if booking directly but paid locally if booked on Airbnb or Booking.com Wittenham Barns is situated near the village of Long Wittenham on the banks of the river Thames and near the famous Wittenham Clumps. Only 15 minutes from central Oxford you are part of 4 acres of shared gardens and beautiful countryside. There are many local walks and places to visit including Wallingford, Dorchester, Clifton Hampden and all linked by the beautiful Thames.
