Ideal for walking, cycling, exploring or just relaxing. The house has two double bedrooms one with an ensuite shower room, plenty of space for 4 adults or a family. A modern house with plenty of old character including the listed bottle kiln standing proud outside the front door. A car or bike is needed but the house has one parking space and plenty of on road parking.

Hartford Dairy is an annex next to our home. It is a cosy one bedroom, self contained space providing great accommodation for a couple or single traveller with its own parking space for one car. We are conveniently situated close to Dartmoor for beautiful scenery and walks and also within easy access to the coast, Exeter, Plymouth and Torbay. A village pub and Post Office/store are within walking distance. Our nearest town is Bovey Tracey and Ashburton is also an approximate 10 minute drive.
