I will reveal you all the secrets about tagliatelle and the famous ravioli so that you will go back home as an authentic Italian chef. The secret of the classic tiramisù, a family recipe that follows the one of its creator: soft, sweet, delicious and unique! Ravioli, spaghetti, tagliatelle or other typical kinds of pasta will be on the menu: the masterpiece of Italian cooking history. And, why not, we'll also prepare our "secret" tiramisù with chocolate. At the arrival I will offer you cofee break, and I will give you a lab coat for the access to the production area. I’ll bring you along a complete tour to discover all the steps of Parmigiano Reggiano’s production. We’ll see where the animals are bred and where the milk is mould. We’ll go into the cheese factory during milk processing and we'll witness in cooking and making cheese wheels. We’ll see then the process of salting and maturing up to enter the huge “caveau”, where thousands of cheeses wheels are guarded and laid out in long rows in the silent maturation rooms and where the scent of cheese will smell so nice and exciting that we won’t be able to resist till the final tasting of cheese and local typical products. The class is intended to be as professional as relaxed as possible. We will learn how to prepare 3 typical dishes of italian tradition (main course, starter and dessert), for example gnocchi or tagliatelle or risotto, tiramisù, bruschetta or parmigiana. Lentamente inizieremo a navigheremo Verso l' isola Comacina, passando i villaggi di Colonno e Sala Comacina, ci fermeremo nel canale dell' Isola, davanti al Villaggio di Ossuccio. Durante il Boat Party con musica e open bar vi offriremo ottimo Prosecco, avremo a disposizione anche soft drink e acqua. Ascolteremo musica e balleremo, si potrà nuotare e avere momenti di piacevole convivialità tipica italiana. Prima del rientro passeremo davanti a Villa Balbianello, Villa Cassinella e Villa Balbiano, per poi fare rientro ad Argegno. After a visit to the archive - we have more than 200,000 archived letters here and we receive new ones every day! - you’ll be ready to become a Juliet Secretary. According to your native language, we will give you some of the letters addressed to Juliet. You will open them and read them discovering love stories from every corner of the world. Then we will have some coffee and we will discuss what to answer. Now it's your turn to write a letter! Signed and sealed, the letters are ready for delivery. Other things to note: Juliet Club receives letters from all over the world written in dozens of different languages. I will try to give you at least 1 letter in your native language but this is not always possible, in particular when it comes to less spoken languages. Vivi un'esperienza unica sui colli della bellissima Città Alta. Perditi nella bellezza di luoghi sconosciuti frequentati solo dalla gente del posto. Unisci la voglia di stare all'aria aperta con la scoperta di nuovi fantastici paesaggi. Passa del tempo con un nuovo amico a quattro zampe. Inizia da Piazza Mascheroni e, dopo una breve sosta all'orto botanico, percorri la via della castagneta per raggiungere il Sentiero dei Vasi. Prosegui lungo l'antico acquedotto dei Vasi e ammira la fantastica vista verso le valli bergamasche. Goditi la discesa finale osservando Città Alta da una posizione sopraelevata. Il tour si sviluppa su di un percorso ad anello e si svolgerá su terreni misti (ciottolato, asfalto e terreni sconnessi). La lunghezza del percorso è di circa 5km, con un dislivello positivo di 180m.
