The condo is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the sugar sand beaches of Mexico Beach. Mexico Beach is known as "Mayberry on the Beach," and is a charming beach town without the crowds and traffic of Panama City Beach, but only a thirty-minute drive for those wanting to visit. Mexico Beach has beautiful white sand beaches, fantastic fishing, and is driving distance to several great attractions. Conveniently located between Panama City Beach and Apalachicola, and only minutes to Cape San Blas and Port St. Joe, you will find plenty to do! THE SPACE: This two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit has a great open floor plan, with a KING size bed in the master bedroom, a KING size bed in the guest room, bunk beds in the alcove, and a queen size air mattress is provided for extra guests. SLEEPS UP TO 8. Cook a gourmet meal in our fully stocked kitchen, equipped with granite countertops, new stove, large french-door refrigerator, as well as a crock pot, electric griddle, and toaster oven/air fryer. Or, order take-out and relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the beautiful water views from the balcony or living room areas. You can entertain friends and family as there is a living area on each side of the spacious kitchen. The bar top in the kitchen comfortably seats 6. Or, dine alfresco on the balcony with a dining table and 4 chairs. The PRIVATE BALCONY provides great views from a pair of tall, lifeguard-style, Adirondack chairs with a table for your favorite snack and/or beverage. The opposite end of the balcony has a table and 4 chairs for dining in the salt air. There is also a TV that is capable of streaming your favorite content! The MASTER BEDROOM boasts a continuation of the large french doors/windows, king bed, new mattress, large smart TV, en suite bathroom with soaking tub and walk in shower. Wake up to the ocean view and watch the gorgeous sun set at night. The GUEST ROOM includes a king bed, new mattress, closet, large smart TV, shared bathroom access with the bunk room and views of the canal. The BUNK ROOM is located in the alcove and sleeps 2 on twin bunks. You will find baskets with games, small toys, and books underneath the bed. Cable TV is available in the living room ONLY at the Condo. However, all TV’s are ready to stream all your favorite shows and sports. Please bring your own USER NAME & PASSWORDS to log into your own accounts to watch TV. The Condo is equipped with complimentary high-speed wireless internet. ITEMS PROVIDED: - Initial supply of paper towels and toilet paper. It's recommended that you bring an extra supply if you are staying longer than two days or have a large group. - Trash bags (1 for each trash can) - Liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. - Linens and towels - Pool/beach towels - 2 Hairdryers - 3 dishwashing detergent pods - 3 laundry detergent pods - 1 sponge - 3 single serving coffee cups for Keurig - Queen air mattress and linens - Pack n’ Play, crib sheet, and waterproof mattress protector are provided for infants/toddlers. GUEST ACCESS: Guests will have access to the whole condo except the master bedroom closet, owner’s closet, and outdoor storage room. One designated parking spot in the parking garage is available for guests.
