The Lookout

The Lookout is a unique campsite located on Elizabeth Hill Farm, just west of Okahandja. It consists of a wooden structure built on a hill (koppie) with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The Lookout has a covered wooden deck for guests to sleep on, a flush toilet, and a shower with hot water (hot water donkey system). There is a comfortable space below the deck for braaing and socialising. Please note - we no longer provide camping equipment, guests are to bring all their own.

Our farmhouse is situated on the way to Swakopmund, 18 km from Okahandja. We have a nice traditional farmhouse with a big lapa and cozy outdoor bar. You can enjoy the tranquil surroundings and game on the farm, some of the most beautiful scenery in Namibia, as well as a large swimming pool for the heated days. Weather and time permitting, you can go for a sundowner or a scenic drive. Continental breakfast is included

Limestone House

Limestone House was built in 1922 to house a family of five. It has three rooms and an external cold room, all built from white limestone found on the Elizabeth Hill farm. The Galloway family lived there from 1922 to 1928. In the last (almost) 100 years, it has been home to a few families, farmers and goats! This old farmhouse will make it feel like you have taken a trip into the past.
