Shopping and dining are nearby at the famous Wailea Village Center. Make a quick drive to the shaded parking right across the street from the Keawakapu beach access. Ekolu 911 is a beautiful one bedroom, two bathroom unit that comfortably sleeps 4 guests. Fall in love as soon as you walk in and see the extensive ocean views this unit features. This unit has an open concept style for you to relax in the living room with plenty of seating including a sofa facing your large lanai and the amazing views. The sofa converts into a Queen size bed perfect for extra guests. Enjoy some home cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen and dining seating for 4 or dine al fresco on the private lanai. Enjoy the lush Hawaiian scenery around the unit, the ocean views, and the wildlife as humpback whales breach in the winter months. Wake up to those same ocean views in the master bedroom which offers a comfortable King size bed. Enjoy the morning sunrise from bed or on your second private lanai off the bedroom. The bedroom also features a beautiful en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This unit does have a stack-able washer and dryer for added convenience. Ekolu 911 stays cool with wall AC units in the living room and bedroom as well as ceiling fans throughout. Ulua and Mokapu beaches are also a short walk away from this location. You can also find some of Maui's famous beaches a short drive away. This beautifully landscaped property offers grills, picnic tables, and two swimming pools. My Perfect Stays provides a complementary starter set of natural Maui made shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion. This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on island property management company. Complimentary concierge is available to all our guests. Standard Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. If guest cancels between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they will owe 50% for all nights. If guest cancels less than 7 days before check-in, they will owe 100% for all nights.

In Wailea, close to the hotels, beaches, tennis and golf courses. It's an inexpensive way to stay in the best place on earth. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Daily rate includes all taxes. Free parking. Also, we now have two 2018 low mileage Honda Pilots that can be rented for $75/day each. This includes all taxes and fees.
