My home is a 3 bed, 2 bath home. I only occupy the master 1 bed, 1 bath. The two extra rooms and bathroom are on the opposite side of the house. One is an office with a desk- I do have an air mattress if needed to be placed in there for extra guests. The other bedroom features a queen sized bed with a Roku TV. My kitchen, sofa, washer and dryer are also available for use. I do have a mini aussiedoodle but he will be kenneled or in my room when guests are over. He doesn’t shed.

The Blue Heron Guest House is a great place to just get away, enjoy nature, canoe (provided), fish the pond or the bayou, birdwatching (lots of birds), etc. The property does have a boat slip and a small boat launch for those who want to explore the area by boat. Bayou Manchac connects to the Amite River nearby. We can’t wait to share our paradise with you!
