SELF CHECK IN! Feel safe with no contact This Room has its own private entrance in the side of the house, washer/Dryer, place to cook food, with a makeshift Kitchen, Coffee maker, creamer, sugar, Splenda, Hot water maker, sandwich grill, toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator, paper towels, plastic spoons, forks, knifes, paper plates, closet, Queen bedroom with TV and shared bathroom. The TV has Hulu and Netflix set up. The house has floor heaters and has ceiling fans, and a AC Portable Unit.

With Covid we sanitize often. We have the possibility of self - check in if that’s what you prefer! The room comes with a tv loaded with Hulu (No Ads) and Netflix. There is a fridge, hot plate, microwave and Keurig coffee maker! Glass dishware provided, along with coffee, sugar, creamer, salt/pepper, silverware, & pans. The room comes with towels, hand towels. We have shampoo, body wash, & conditioner provided! This is our family home, we do live here daily, we offer a place to stay for guest

This newly remodeled apartment is now available. Located a few blocks from Eastern New Mexico University. The apartment features a spacious decked out kitchen with all amenities, a cozy living room, with a 43” television and 2 bedrooms with queen beds. There is a washer and dryer inside along with high speed wifi.
