"Vitalac" is made with lamb or goat innards as the key ingredient, wrapped in caul fat and spit-roasted. It’s served with warm bread and green onions. 2. "Lamb on a spit" is famous everywhere in Croatia, but here is prepared on a different way - definitely worth tasting! 3. Peka can be made with any kind of meat (even tasty octopus peka). 4.
