Location: Donji Humac Taste some of the Traditional Meat Dishes from the island of Brač (must be ordered 1 day in advance, we can do it for our guests any time): 1. "Vitalac" is made with lamb or goat innards as the key ingredient, wrapped in caul fat and spit-roasted. It’s served with warm bread and green onions. 2. "Lamb on a spit" is famous everywhere in Croatia, but here is prepared on a different way - definitely worth tasting! 3. Peka can be made with any kind of meat (even tasty octopus peka). 4. Try some local desserts: "rozata" for example..🤩

Donji Humac - In a small village in the middle of the Island. Excellent local food. Take a walk up the steps to the top of the village.
