Sightseeing
A must see on the Island. A peaceful Prayer Path filled with colorful native flora leads to this beautifully inspired church similar to one built in Borgund, Norway around 1150 AD. Fully completed in 1999 after many native Islanders dedicated their spare time, it is now owned and operated by Trinity Lutheran Church across the street.

The oldest legally continuously operated tavern in the state of Wisconsin, est 1899. Owner Tom Nelson skirted the Prohibition by applying for a pharmacy license and selling Angostura Bitters as a stomach tonic. Become an official member of The Bitter's Club after downing a shot of the magic potion. A restaurant is attached and great for a family meal.

Parks & Nature
One of only 5 beaches like it in the world... do not miss Schoolhouse, it's a rock beach - no sand! Bring a thick blanket and water shoes as the rocks can be a bit uncomfortable to lay and stand on. Don't forget floatie rafts and kayaks too! Charcoal grills and picnic tables are first come first serve. Locals typically hang out at the end of the beach, furthest from the diving raft.
Important rules - no dogs allowed and must leave all rocks in place (will be fined and likely cursed - not worth it!)
