The 480 sq feet guest suite in the lower level of our private home, was previously occupied by our college-age daughter. THE EMPTY NEST includes a sleeping area, sitting area with a Roku TV, laptop-friendly workspace with wireless internet, a kitchenette, and a private full bath with a tub/shower. There is a private entrance stairwell from the driveway. Sanitized throughout between guests.
