Come stay in our cozy condo in the quaint Bear Valley village. We are a short 5 minute walk to the Lodge, general store, restaurants, Cross country center and the lodge lounge -a rustic place that time forgot! Hiking and biking awaits footsteps away. We are a 3 minute drive to Bear Valley Lake, 10-15 minutes to Lake Alpine in the summer and Bear Valley Ski mountain in the winter. We are a 20 minute drive to spicer reservoir, 25 minutes to Arnold and a 35 minutes to Murphys (great wineries)

All lovingly (and painstakingly) updated by a proud brother-sister duo so everyone can enjoy the mountains like we have. We're close to sledding, skiing, lakes with sandy beaches, river rafting, fishing, hiking, and more. After a long day of exploring, soak in our spa under the stars or watch a movie in our theater.
