One master bedroom, bath, & one great room which includes full kitchen, washer/dryer, dining area, sitting area, and a twin-over-full bunkbed for the kids. Large deck facing the lake with BBQ grill and backyard campfire stove. Stairs lead down to a stone beach. Two kayaks on site and Lapham Bay boat launch is a mile down the road.

Plenty of restaurants about 20 min away. Closest ski area is Middlebury snow bowl ( +- 45 min)

Year round lakeside home on one acre steps from Lake Champlain. Exceptional two level decks with views of forest covered mountains across lake. Peek thru the giant oak, white pine and shagbark hickory trees that line the shore. Awesome sunsets while enjoying a barbecue/beverage. Bird watching on major migratory flyway. Bald eagles, ospreys are common site. Very relaxing, natural setting. (No pets, no exceptions, please don't ask...(we have allergies as well as other guests)
