The space is an 800 sq foot basement section that has been built into a two bedroom apartment that has one full bathroom, two bedrooms, kitchen, and living room that is furnished . The living area has its own entrance separate from the upstairs of the home with off street parking. There is generally not much activity going on upstairs above this unit so noise from above won't be an issue. We do rent for outages at Cooper Nuclear Station and for wind farm workers on long term agreements as well.
