The cottage was originally a pottery until converted in 1999. Skelton is on the edge of the Lake District National Park, Ullswater is about 7 miles. The market town of Penrith is 10 minutes by car and with Keswick and Carlisle 30 minutes away Pottery Cottage is in the heart of the village within a short walk of the thriving pub.
