Full kitchen w/dishes, pots and pans, microwave & coffee maker. New sheets, bedspread, pillows, towels, beach towels.There is a deck outside the front door that is shared by the other unit. Parking for one car only. NO BIG TRUCKS. NO SMOKING anywhere on the property. This is a quiet peaceful house so please be respectful to the other unit
