This unit gets all day sun, with fantastic views right down to the heads and back to the city. There is private access to the studio which is situated under our family home. It only has external access to the studio room. It is self contained with a fridge, jug, toaster, microwave, bathroom, wardrobe and a living space. It has a deluxe queen bed.
