Apartment for Just the Two of Us !

A completely independent self contained farmhouse apartment with private entrance, private garden and pool - a perfect place to self isolate ! The apartment is on the upper floor of a traditional stone built farmhouse accessed by an outside jasmine flower covered staircase. Guests have their own private upper garden space with wicker chairs and table under a covered gazebo from where guests can enjoy the beautiful sunsets each evening. The pool area is reached by garden steps and is completely private . It is in full sun from midday until sunset. A Gazebo at one end provides shade for sun loungers if required. The pool is open from early June until the end of September but dates are flexible. The farmhouse is set on a hill above the olive groves and is a place to enjoy both a country and cultural vacation. Romantic and secluded, yet not isolated, a place for guests to unwind, destress, and to enjoy, with a glass of wine, the simple pleasures of the beautiful Umbrian countryside. Here, guests are able to escape from the realities of our fast-moving world and instead spend days unwinding and enjoying time to read, talk and to take in the views. Many of our guests become so relaxed that they find it hard to take off and sightsee - The farmhouse enjoys a unique location for sightseeing because of its proximity to many of Umbria’s most lovely towns and hill villages! A 20 minute drive from the walled city of Perugia, with Assisi, Gubbio, Spello, Montefalco, Bevagna and Spoleto all within an hour’s drive. We are able to recommend and organise wine tasting trips, visits to local festivals and great places to eat. COVID - During this pandemic period the apartment provides a perfect, safe, getaway. Following Covid recommendations the apartment is completely cleaned and between guest stays is left empty for at least 48 hours between each booking. Guests will be sent before their arrival, by email or Whatsapp, driving directions, house information, local shopping, restaurant information, tourist attractions . There is no longer a house book in the apartment. If guests are apprehensive about shopping locally or require transport the owners are always on hand and happy to provide. They are also able to organise pre prepared meals on arrival or during the stay. The owners can communicate with guests staying in the apartment through Whatsapp should guests prefer not to have direct contact! Heating during the cooler months is at an additional cost of Euro 20.00 per day. Close (20 minutes) to Perugia international airport - London Stansted. Guests need the use of a car!

Apartment for 2 with pool, privacy and dream views

The apartment is part of Farmhouse La Collina del Sole close to Perugia in Umbria. We have recently restored this farmhouse and have been farmers for generations. You will therefore stay on a real farm, but with all you need for a comfortable holiday. Our panoramic swimming pool is another big attraction, overlooking the valley. This apartment for two is close to the swimming pool and totally surrounded by green fields. It offers peace and lots of privacy, yet shops/restaurants are close by.
