It boasts an award-winning spa, numerous swimming pools, an outstanding restaurant and an activity centre. Whether you hire a kayak, try your hand at paddle boarding, practice your serve or enjoy a drink on your private decking. This modern, two bedroomed first floor apartment enjoys a westerly aspect with a beautifully large balcony overlooking Swillbrook Lake providing outdoor seating. Two double en-suite bedrooms and comfortable lounge/diner and kitchen area. ACCOMMODATION Open plan lounge/dining with table and chairs to accommodate four guests. Two sets of double doors leading to the outside balcony. Modern kitchen fully equipped to accommodate four guests This property has a put up bed in the lounge area that can accommodate one guest, if you would like to use this you will need to provide your own bedding. Master double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Double doors onto the balcony overlooking Swillbrook Lake. Further double bedroom and en-suite shower room. OUTSIDE Private deck facing west and overlooking Swillbrook Lake and Nature Reserve. Dining for four provided for your comfort. We have a spa onsite with a bracing outdoor eco-pool, naturally filtered by water lilies. There are two more 20m heated pools – one indoor and one outdoor, a steam room, a sauna and a technogym. Treatments are also available at the spa. We have Tennis and MUGA counts onsite along with our lakeside nature reserve which is comprised of eight lakes, two rivers and miles of walking trails. You will also find The Activity Hub onsite and they manage all the equipment hire of bikes, canoes and kayaks - there's something for everyone! To uphold the ethos of the estate, it does not allow for large single sex groups or excessive noise after 11 pm. A code of conduct will need to be acknowledged and signed prior to arrival. It has wifi, lake views from the large balcony, a wood burner & 2 bedrooms - a super king (can be a twin) & a king - plus 2 bathrooms. There is free access to the Mill Village outdoor swimming pool, sauna and 3 tennis courts, but not the spa. Canoe, kayak, paddleboard & bike hire can be booked. Great wildlife walks and bike rides from the door. Suitable for adults, children over the age of 2 years and dogs.
