The Apartment
Our apartment has been a labour of love for many years and we are pleased to be able to share it with others. It was our permanent residence until recently, and we now use it as our weekender and holiday apartment.
Great care and attention have gone in to the renovation of this 1960's apartment, including an architect designed interior inspired by contemporary Scandinavian design.
Apartment features
Apart from the carefully chosen design elements, the apartment is light-filled and maximises its North/South orientation. It is part of a quiet and friendly group of 6, with no adjoining walls.
The modern kitchen, dining and lounge is open-plan and features integrated kitchen and lounge room joinery. The kitchen includes a Smeg 6-burner gas cooktop and electric oven, full sized fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, stove top coffee maker and all of the crockery, glassware and kitchen utensils you will need.
The bedroom features a quality queen-size pillow-top mattress and ample built-in wardrobes for your use.
The contemporary bathroom features quality European and Australian made products with a shower, separate bath and wall-hung toilet.
A private South-facing balcony is available for your use as well a private laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is also a North-facing balcony, ideal for a relaxing coffee.
A Daikin split system unit for heating and cooling ensures year-round comfort.
Free undercover, off-street, parking for one vehicle is provided and free 24-hour street parking surrounds the property.
Guests have use of all amenities, except for the second bedroom which is used for personal storage and remains locked.
