This stand alone property has it all. Private entrance and backing on to the reserve and river walks. You will have a bedroom ( closed off to the lounge) a large lounge with polished concrete floors . The French doors open to the pool and rear pocket lawn. You will have the use of the pool ( shared in summer)and a spa There is a kitchenette with Microwave, tea and plunger coffee fridge and freezer . The bathroom is new and has a walk in shower and toilet

We welcome you to our home which overlooks the ocean and farmland. The guest area is located on the ground floor of our home. Only a 10 minute stroll into the township of Whakatane, and five minute drive to Ohope Beach, voted one of the safest surf beaches in NZ. The entrance to the famous Nga Tapuwai O Toi walking track is only 2 minutes from our home. If you are into astronomy, the Whakatane Observatory is steps away from our property, open to the public Tuesday and Friday evenings.
