Price is for two adults room only - will give discount for single occupancy or single parent with child sharing. Please ask on booking. For stays of more than one night, guests are expected to vacate the house during the days. Great links to Goodwood, Arundel, Chichester, Bognor Regis, Littlehampton. Calendar shows 3 months at a time - do check any future dates not showing with me.

I'm offering a private room on the first floor in an end of terrace house overlooking a large garden area. There is a comfy double bed with fresh cotton bedding, plenty of wardrobe storage space and access to a bathroom. There is a microwave and toaster in the kitchen and space in the fridge for guests, however, no cooking facilities are provided.
