We are a Boutique Inn that is Pet Friendly (Dogs Only) housed in a turn of the century large "Cottage Architectual" style building. 7 elegant king rooms, most with spa tub baths, gas fireplaces. Continental Breakfast is included. Small, intimate Tavern and Restaurant with outside Deck and Patio Dining at our sister Inn- Harbor Crest, right next door. Fire tables, rocking chairs, lawn games. Rates are nightly per room and each room can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests.

The cottage sits on a shared property that boasts beautiful gardens and year round ocean views.

If you’re looking for more space and amenities than staying in a hotel room, but still want the cleanliness and professionalism you’d expect from one, then you may enjoy staying here. Our spacious 3 room, 1,200 square foot historic (c. 1670) one bedroom apartment for two guests has exposed beams, wide pine floors, full bath, kitchenette, and is just a short walk to Long Sands Beach or a short drive to York Beach, York Harbor, or York Village.
