See beautiful views as you drive down the tree lined inner roads of the property. Hear birds as you awake in the morning and an occasional rooster off in the distance. Get back to nature at this lovingly appointed studio hideaway in the foothills of San Diego . The sleek lines of contemporary design combine with country living aesthetics to create a welcoming sense of warmth and sophisticated simplicity. Please describe pet and get approval from host prior to booking. Pet fee of $60.00 per pet per stay. HOUSE GUIDELINES AND THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE BOOKING THIS RENTAL: Renters are asked to maintain a level of respect, peace and quiet at all times, which makes this spot so special and unique. The studio/cottage is a completely separate cottage fully fenced large private yard, fire pit, BBQ, large covered patio with lounge furniture perfect for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the afternoon. Shared Amenities/ Ranch grounds seasonal creek area are for guest use and enjoyment during daylight hours. At nightfall we ask that the outside grounds be restored to their orderly original condition. The ranch is intended for registered guests only. Outside guests must be previously authorized by the owner. Parking & Access Control - 1 parking spot in front of Cottage. Parking is made available for registered guests only unless previously authorized by manager. A few outside guests visiting you for a few hours is OK. The small quaint town of Alpine is only 4 miles away. It has great restaurants Janet’s Cafe, The Mediterraneo, The Tavern, bakeries. Grocery stores, Albertsons and Barron’s. Pharmacies, CVS, Rite Aid, post office, Ace Hardware. Please turn outside lights off at night because the Barn Owls cannot see to hunt if lights are left on at night.
