Dopo un breve briefing, avrà inizio l’escursione che ci condurrà in cima a quota 3340mslm. Con la Funivia dell’Etna guadagneremo velocemente quota fino a 2500 mslm e di seguito con speciali Pulmini 4x4, saliremo ulteriormente fino a 2750 mslm. Da quota 2750 mslm inizierà la salita fino a 3340 mslm di circa 2 ore ove effettueremo 2-3 pause intermedie per goderci il panorama percorrendo dei campi lavici dall’aspetto lunare che ci condurranno proprio al Cratere Centrale dell'Etna, dove potremmo ammirare le peculiarità vulcaniche e geologiche che caratterizzano l’area sommitale. Attraversando la terrazza craterica visiteremo anche gli altri crateri sommitali. Successivamente, in discesa, divertenti sabbioni ci condurranno ai crateri del 2002-2003 e muniti di caschetto visiteremo un canale di scorrimento lavico. Dopo aver ammirato la grande Valle del Bove, ritornati a 2500 mslm la funivia ci riporterà al punto di partenza. We will embark from the beach for do a grand tour of the beautiful coast of Taormina, exploring grottos, bays and natural land formations. For example we will enter to the famous "Isola Bella" An UNESCO heritage site that has charmed visitors since prehistoric times. Along our tour we will stop to have a swim around one of the best bays, and you will have the option to use my snorkeling equipment, to explore whats under the sea! Other things to note: If the weather conditions don't allow us to go out in the boat, I will let you know ahead of time, and you will be 100% reimbursed for the tour that we had planned. Meeting Point at 10 am at Restaurant .Our chef will teach you how to prepare a crusty shell, used to cover Cannoli, the typical Sicilian Sweet. You will kneadwith your hands and fry the dough into the peculiar shape. You will also see how the cream is prepared to fill up Cannoli’s shell, starting from the traditional Ricotta Sweet up to the custard. At the end of the cooking class you will taste the Cannoli prepared with your hands! We will learn the basics of Italian fresh pasta, classic dough and colored dough (whit only organic and natural color). We will make Ravioli or tortellini, linguine and spaghetti, and we will learn the different regional formats and also the potato gnocchi. Everything from scratch! To accompany the three different first courses, we will make 3 different sauces such as "Classic meat sauce", "Amatriciana sauce" "Gorgonzola and walnuts" we will choose based on the season sauces with, asparagus or mushrooms or artichokes etc. At the end of the preparation we will make a toast to our work with a glass of Prosecco and sit down to taste the fruit of our work: 3 fresh pasta dishes made with our own hands! Durante l'esperienza, attraversando paesini etnei dal caratteristico color nero "basalto" e la lussureggiante campagna etnea, raggiungeremo il punto di partenza del nostro percorso di trekking. Sarà sorprendente camminare tra fitti boschi di betulle, pino o faggio, per poi improvvisamente attraversare quella che i locali conosciamo come "Sciara", il desolatamente affascinante deserto vulcanico. Ammireremo tutta la bellezza e le contraddizioni di questo vulcano sempre in trasformazione: tra crateri estinti, paesaggi ora brulli ora lussureggianti, con una flora "eroica" che si è adattata a condizioni estreme. Durante il percorso di trekking che durerà 4h, scopriremo i vari ed interessanti fenomeni vulcanici etnei, faremo un pic-nic nel bosco durante il quale vi offrirò un bicchiere di vino etneo. Sarà un'esperienza autentica, durante la quale vi racconterò la nostra "Muntagna", dalla prospettiva di chi l'ha sempre vissuta dalle sue pendici. Vi parlerò di storia geologica, flora e fauna. Vi racconterò la mia terra anche dal punto di vista storico, antropologico, linguistico ed enogastronomico. La tua avventura escursionistica partirà dall'info point Ashàra sito in Piazza San Vincenzo. Partenza prevista circa 2 ore prima del tramonto per poterne ammirare la spettacolare bellezza lungo il fianco della Sciara del Fuoco e poter godere delle tipiche esplosioni stromboliane. Dopo un breve briefing, avrà inizio l’escursione attraverso un sentiero natura che ci condurrà fino a quota 400mt ( limite massimo consentito dalle autorità per garantire la massima sicurezza), ottimo punto di osservazione dei crateri sommitali e della Sciara del Fuoco. Durante il percorso effettueremo delle pause intermedie per goderci il panorama, visiteremo il vecchio cimitero isolano, attraverseremo la tipica macchia mediterranea accompagnati dalla costante vista sullo Strombolicchio. Raggiunta la Sciara del Fuoco, sosteremo ad ammirare il meraviglioso tramonto che colora di rosso l'arcipelago eoliano e la spettacolare attività “stromboliana” con le sue esplosioni che brillano nel cielo notturno. Rientro in discesa al buio muniti di torce frontali fino al punto di partenza attraversando i tipici canneti dell'isola e la vecchia mulattiera Durata dell’escursione circa 5 ore

Uno tra i trekking più suggestivi che proponiamo è quello ai crateri sommitali dell'Etna La salita si effettua in funivia e pulmini 4×4 fino a quota 2900m nella zona di Torre del Filosofo, da qui dopo circa 1,5h di cammino in salita si arriva sull’orlo del Cratere centrale dal quale si osserva la Bocca Nuova (3250m), apertasi nel 1968, probabilmente il cratere più impressionante. Aggirando la Bocca Nuova ci si ritrova sull’orlo della Voragine, il cuore del Cratere Centrale e da qui salendo in ripida ma breve salita per il Cratere di Nord Est, formatosi nel 1911 e vera e propria cima dell’Etna (3329m). Dalla cima possiamo spaziare a 360° con lo sguardo, e se la giornata lo permette scorgere verso nord le isole Eolie. Escursione sull'Etna in jeep autorizzate e trekking per visitare crateri,Grotte e l'ultima eruzione. Il tour è adatto a tutti . Partiamo dal nostro punto d'incontro con comode jeep o minivan 4×4, in direzione etna nord est, dopo un paio di km ci fermeremo all'interno del Parco Nazionale accessibile con guida autorizzata,poiché ci sono circa 45 crateri laterali. Dopo una passeggiata di circa 40 minuti visiteremo 5 crateri, uno dei quali è ancora aperto e si potrà ammirare la dimensione reale di un cratere. In questa zona osserveremo tutti i tipi di lava, minerali, deserto vulcanico e piante pioniere del nostro vulcano. Dopo aver visitato i crateri,con la nostra jeep faremo 2 km di fuoristrada per scoprire l'ultima grande eruzione che distrusse il vecchio centro turistico. Infine con lampade frontali fornite da noi visiteremo dei piccoli crateri all'interno (grotta) e una frattura che divide l'Etna in 2 parti. La visita sarà effettuata in aree di interesse vulcanologico e scientifico. IMPORTANTE: Prima di prenotare verificate se abbiamo disponibilità scrivendo un messaggio. You will be free to jump off the boat and swim in the Mediterranean Sea as well. Depending on the sea conditions there is the opportunity( If we are lucky) to admire the Dolphins.
