Country farmhouse off the beaten path. 2 bedroom, 1 full bath. Front porch sitting to enjoy nature. Spacious yard. Reduce, reuse, recycle. This 1950s block style farmhouse was remodeled using timber knocked down during Hurricane Michael in 2018. The lumber was cut on a local sawmill. The barn doors and cabinets were also hand-built using available lumber. This is way off the beaten path but still close to many engaging, family-fun day activities.

Also, Dothan is 14 miles and Ft Rucker is 12 miles away.

This treasure is a stand alone art studio with a loft surrounded by beautiful lawn and gardens. The Studio is 45 feet (read close) to the house. There are agricultural fields on three sides. The artist, Beverly Mayfield, is now deceased, but has filled the studio with masterful paintings.
