Kayaking & snorkelling near the rocky beaches and cliffs in Pula, exploring the city from the seaside. We start from Valovine beach with the basics of kayaking and safety rules, after which we continue our sea adventure where we have a lot to experience. Except kayaking, it's also possible to snorkel on the beach where we make short break (about 30min), to explore the area by foot and/or to just enjoy in the sun and sea. On the last part of the adventure we go with kayaks into the cave illuminated with headlights and admire the beautiful sea colour created by the sunlight. I will introduce you to the world of organic olive oil production. You will experience the whole process how is produced one of the best olive oil in the world (FLOS OLEI-from 2013 to 2023, BIOL 2017-best croatian organic olive oil, extragold medal at BIOL 2017-2023 ) from visiting the olive groves and getting acquainted with the world of olive growing, to the professionally guided olive oil tasting in our tasting room. Since I'm a Chef, I will teach you how to combine different sorts od olive oils with different food.

You can't skip the fascinating Amphitheater, so we will take a walk around it and imagine what a festive day looked like in Roman times. The remaining three gates of the city preserve their unique stories. One will especially touch you. We'll take a Time Machine in the City Center: stories through history till today. This is a place where you will see the overlapping of different phases of history through architecture. My favorite point is the "Heart of Gold" story. Let's leave this one as a surprise. Next is our city center of interesting architecture, hidden places, mosaics, and the place where Pula has always been a city, the Forum. Continuing towards Monte Zaro Park we'll find one of the most fascinating buildings in the city, Community Center Rojc. It's the center of culture, a place of music, hidden gems, and painted walls. Our Sandra boat-trip starts in Medulin harbor. After boarding, our guests will receive a welcome drink. The trip begins with a panoramic view of Medulin's archipelago. After circa 50 minutes ride the boat arrives to the southern most point of Istria at park of Nature Kamenjak, where cliffs and underwater caves can be found. It’s possible to swim with our guide inside the cave (30 minutes). The ride continues around “Porer”, the former austro-hungarian lighthouse, built in 1846 ( costumers will have a nice story on board explained by our crew members). Afterwards we make a stop for a meal which is served on the boat : it is possible to choose fish, meat or vegetarian. Drinks and meal are included in the price. Last but not least, we cruise towards the private island « Ceja » on which our passengers will have a three hours stop for sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling and where you can find a local restaurant-bar. Our boat trip will slowly end, by heading back to Medulin. It is definitively fun for everyone and an unavoidable experience in Medulin. In the morning hours, we meet at Jistra Adventures base at Stupice Camp, where we will have an introduction to kayaking, as well as aspects of the sea and the mainland life related to this unique Istrian landscape. After that, we start our Kayak Tour with some light rowing, and in 45min we will be rewarded with an exceptional view of the high cliffs and sea cave, which conceal an enclosed oasis.
