A medieval church in the centre of the old town of Javea. It's very beautiful and typical of Castilian fortified towns.
This old church is located in Jávea/Xàbia Old Town. It was built in 1304 and it was enlarged in 1513, the built was led by an architect from the Basque country, Domingo de Urteaga. It is well worth a visit as it was declared as a national historic artistic monument in 1931.
It is the most significant monument in the town. Dates from the 16th century. Its bell tower stands out over the town and can be seen from anywhere in the region.
