The area is rich in diversity, spanning all ages as college students, senior citizens, young couples and families all reside in this walkable area.

Stores, Restaurants, Cafes- I recommend Lim's for Asian/Sushi, McBride's to watch the game or listen to some live Irish music, or Red Stripe for local American Bistro flavor.
