Check out another fave beach and a great place for short board surfing. Don't forget to meander around further south for the family-friendly Little DBah where the waves are calm and great for snorkeling and swimming.
Just over the border but still in walking distance is the Duranbah (D-Bah) Surfing beach. Great views from the NSW/QLD Border lookout.

The Tweed River break-wall at the south end shapes a nice right hander, popular with body boarders
