Be prepared to wait, these pancakes are prepared per order and will take about 15 minutes to enjoy. This is a small counter in the back of a long hallway shaped food court. There is a small seating area upstairs. The pancakes are a delicacy! They are made from egg whites and slightly sweet and oh so fluffy!
