Kara the local butcher is also an accomplished chef; he worked st the Dorchester in London and Fonab Castle Pitlochry. Pies, bottled milk and fantastic meat. Kara will happily advise you on how to cook what you are buying and will prepare anything for you, Crown of Lamb, Beef Wellington, burgers and a huge range of handmade sausages.
