The Virginia Mason Athletic Center is the headquarters and practice facility of the NFL's Seattle Seahawks, in Renton, Washington, a suburb southeast of Seattle. A privately funded facility, it is situated on 19 acres of industrial property on the southeastern shore of Lake Washington.

Open to public first week of August for training camp. Great for kids to see all the stars and get autographs. Tickets go on sale in early May-June.
