I am always running to Ngon the moment I set foot in The Hague. Always a friendly welcome, fast service which is great for lunch, and satisfying huge bowls of pho! (Compared to other Asian cuisines overloaded with spices I find Vietnamese food light, fresh, refined... bouillons are key. Plus; On the table are always fresh herbs and sauces to play with!)
