Head to the back parking lot where you'll find the trailhead. Stream crossings and high meadows are the highlights to this beautiful trail.

One of our favorite hikes is located at the back of the campground. When the campground is closed, we park off the highway and walk into the trailhead.

This is the closest point Airbnb can find, so this is actually a recommendation for an amazing hike called Columbine Trail (Surely the campground is nice as well). A beautiful hikes that has a creek running along it, so if in the Angel Fire/Questa/Red River area, this one is a must experience.
