The Caves of Barać (Croatian: Baraćeve špilje) are located near the village of Nova Kršlja in the municipality of Rakovica, Croatia. In 1892 the caves were opened to visitors but subsequently abandoned and forgotten following World War II. In July 2004 the Upper Caves of Barać were reopened to visitors.

This cave is most popular in our area for visitors. It is tour of 1h to explore it with guide. Down you can buy some food from local people, play with kids on green area or just relax in nature.

Out of the entire area protected under the category of ˝Significant Landscape˝ with a total area of 5.19 km2, Barać Caves are definitely the most famous attraction. These caves, after which the entire protected area was named, were first opened for visitors way back in 1892.
