Rice, Beef, and Spicy Sauce... It's hard NOT to like Top Bop. I recommend adding an Egg to yours (and don't forget the thai iced tea).

Uber casual place with a tiny menu but SO GOOD. Try the poke bowl with an iced Thai tea. :) Tasty miso soup on the side for a buck or two.
