Probably my favourite coastal walk is from St Davids center to St Nons well and chapel, the ancient birthplace of St David in the 6th century, and along the coastal path (just over a mile) to the stunning natural harbour of Porthclais - the drama and beauty of this part of the coast is just breathtaking and the cliffs are full of sea pinks in late spring. There is a National Trust kiosk on the car park by the harbour which offers the best coffee, cakes, icecream and sandwiches. I love a wild dip here - be sure to have a tow float with you though if you decide to head in!

Porthclais is a tiny harbour down the lane from St. Davids. It's the starting place for kayaking trips and a spectacular circular walk around the headland. The Kiosk does high quality coffees, drinks, cakes, ice-cream and toasties. Definitely worth checking out!
