Great little ale house, serves local beers and is a brilliant little spot to sit and put the world to rights.

A must visit for craft beer lovers, and non craft beer lovers (I’m a lager drinker must to my husbands dismay). The cellar is artfully displayed behind the bar through a glass window. Fantastic atmosphere this independent is less than ten minutes walk from the cottage - and it’s downhill on the way home. #winning
