It is soy-free and gluten-free with one of its main ingredients being pea protein isolate. The patty pairs well with their vegetarian specialty ingredients— olives, seeds, sprouts, Swiss and cheddar cheese. If you're looking for your vegetarian option, this is the way to go. The Garden of Eat-In is open Monday- Friday, 7 a.m.-4 p.m.
