This used to be a Japanese internment camp during the war, and now it is a museum.

Sunshine Valley was the location of the Tashme Internment Camp which held Japanese Canadians during World War 2. It consists of 3 buildings that were original to the camp and is full of history. It is only a 10 minute walk from Big Rock. Donations accepted.
