A bit off the beaten path, La Perla is a rustic Soda with cheaper prices than most restaurants but DELICIOUS food. Try a casado or gallo pinto.

Locally owned, great Costa Rican typical food. Bring your own beer and/or alcoholic drink and they will provide glasses for it.
