They BBQ daily and you can order anything from deli sandwiches to Tri Tip sandwiches Ribs, Chickens. Fresh made pasta salads, green salads and much much more. You can’t go wrong here. They have been around many years.

So this is an absolute must if you’re in search of some delicious barbecue (the tri-tip sandwich with au-jus is a must), but the meat and pre-made salads selection is unbelievable. I worked here for seven years and I can honestly say that Green Acres is loved by everyone in Simi.

Green acres is the place to be!!! The one and only Green Acres Market, best meat in town. Grab a quick tri-tip or BBQ chicken sandwich on your way to explore the city. they set up shop outside. You can't miss the smoke from their gigantic BBQ!
