A ferry port at the intersection of Nakagawa, a road that crosses the Edogawa area from east to west. In the past, it was also a popular pilgrimage route to Tomyoji Temple . In 1902, Hirai Bridge was built and the ferry port passed the role. It is a 10-minute walk from Tokyo Hub to a place where you can experience its history. 江戸川区域を東西に横断する道路、行徳道が中川（旧中川）と交わる場所にあった渡し場。かつては、燈明寺への参詣路としても賑わった。明治32年、平井橋が架かり、役目を終えた平井の渡し。その歴史に触れられる場所までTokyo Hubから徒歩１０分です。
