Situated outside Graskop, these falls are stunning. Get the perfect view when following a short hiking trail to the bottom of the falls, or stare at them from the viewpoint at the top of the falls.

Lisbon Falls lies north of the little town of Graskop in Mpumalanga , on the Panorama route, its situated in a very rich waterfall area – in fact , there is more waterfalls here than in any other part of South Africa . Lisbon Falls is named after the Portuguese capital of Lisbon, which is also the name of a large farm in the area nearby. Support the local curio sellers with their handmade arts and crafts

Where the R534 rejoins the R532 road, you turn left (back towards Graskop) for 800 m and then right onto a gravel road. The falls is a further 2.2 km. At 92 m the Lisbon Falls is the highest waterfall in the area. Entrance Fee: R10/car, R20/minibus

Actually the highest as recently confirmed in our province at 94 metres (308 ft) you can make a day out of it and take a hike to the bottom. Make a picnic out of it and have a swim in this crystal clear waters. As me how to get down or I can guide you down.
