This is an amazing place for a hike. Scenic views, rock overhangs, waterfalls.
We have had many guests hike the Hemlock Cliffs Trial during their stay at the Cabin. It's around 25-30 minutes away and during the winter some beautiful icicles freeze on the water falls & it's a wonderful winter hike!
This is a drive, but it's amazing!!! If we've had rain recently, there will be waterfalls and you can walk in a creek (if it's warm out) and find crawdads to spy on.
This ruggedly beautiful cliff area hidden away in the Hoosier National Forest in Crawford County can be accessed by an excellent 1.2 mile hiking trail. As you hike the trails along and below the cliffs, you will pass sandstone rock shelters, seasonal waterfalls, jagged bluffs, and dense forest canopy.
