Adding to the Vietnamese cuisine boom in town, this outpost of a successful restaurant in Redlands has a mega menu with multiple pho choices, coriander-crusted filet mignon, and claypot sea bass, along with more basic lunch combos of cashew chicken with soup and salad. The bar churns out pretty good and interesting cocktails and does a $5 bites happy hour menu in the afternoons. Grab a table on the covered, street-fronting patio if you can.
