Lots of shops and restaurants, Saturday morning Farmer's Market and Crafts for sale on Market street. Jump on the ferry to Alcatraz here (need reservations for Alcatraz)

This is a must visit place. Walk to the Ferry and take a ferry into the city and enjoy its waterfront and the ride over there. Has the best restaurants, retails stores and food vendors.
